ashtanga yoga:

Ashtanga yoga is a strict set of yoga postures designed to build upon one another, typically holding each position for 5 full breaths. Over time, you'll see improvements with each posture. Each pose leads to the next, flowing beautifully to a delicious savasana. Ashtanga is a fabulous way to explore and build yourself from the ground up!

gentle yoga:

Do you need a morning stretch? How about a meditation? This gentle yoga class does both. It's designed to increase mindfulness and oxygenate the blood with low impact movement. Shine's morning flow is gentle enough for beginners, yet invigorates even the seasoned yogi. It's the perfect way to start your day.

pulse sculpt

tuesday & thursday @ 6:30 am

Pulse Sculpt is a hybrid of yoga, weight training and burn. This 45 minute class uses 2-5 pound weights to assist in strengthening, toning and "sculpting" your body. You will become stronger. No Namaste here, just good tunes and great exercises.

power Vinyasa (flow) yoga: 

mw @ 5:15 pm & tth @ 11:30 am & 6:30 pm

Vinyasa is movement with fluid transitions, keeping rhythm with the breath. It's a powerful dance with deliberate movements and postures. We breathe and hold. We breathe and flow. With creative sequences and a playful atmosphere, this vinyasa will lift you to your highest self. Find stability, grace and the freedom to just be you! Beginners welcome; expect a challenge!

 

beginning t'ai chi: 

tuesday @ 5:15 pm

No mats required. If you have trouble getting up and down, don't worry, this t'ai chi class keeps you upright and on your feet. It's designed to gently stretch your muscles and awareness. An exercise in breath and movement, it also connects your mind back to your body.

beginning yoga: 

thursday @ 5:15 pm

New to yoga? Not sure how to begin? This is your class. In beginning yoga, we break down the postures, discuss alignment and customize the class to your needs. Increase your strength, flexibility, balance and, best of all, confidence! You don't have to be a beginner to enjoy this class; all are welcome!
